Terms of Service for Policy Pulse CRM

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Policy Pulse CRM platform (“Service”) operated by Policy Pulse CRM (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Use of Services

Policy Pulse CRM is a SaaS platform built on GoHighLevel infrastructure, designed to help insurance professionals manage contacts, communications, and workflows. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Be fully responsible for all activities under your account

Use the system in accordance with TCPA, CTIA, and A2P 10DLC regulations


2. A2P Messaging & Compliance

Policy Pulse CRM supports Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS and MMS messaging. You are solely responsible for:

Registering your brand and campaigns as required for 10DLC messaging

Obtaining proper consent from your contacts before sending SMS, emails, or calls

Including opt-out instructions in all outbound SMS messages

Avoiding spam, misleading content, or prohibited messaging practices

We may monitor messaging practices and suspend or terminate access for non-compliance.


3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send unsolicited messages (spam)

Transmit content that is abusive, deceptive, or illegal

Collect or store personal data without consent

Attempt to reverse-engineer, duplicate, or exploit any part of the platform


4. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a license to store, process, and transmit that data solely to deliver the CRM services. You are responsible for securing appropriate permissions for any data you upload or collect using our system.

We do not sell user or contact data under any circumstances.


5. Integrations and Third Parties

Policy Pulse CRM integrates with third-party tools and services. We are not liable for the functionality, data handling, or availability of those external services. You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms.


6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms or applicable laws

You fail to maintain active and valid contact methods

Your usage creates a security risk or disrupts the service for others

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us in writing.


7. Service Availability and Support

We strive to provide reliable access, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. Support is provided via email or chat during standard business hours. We make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted service.


8. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees associated with your account.


9. Limitation of Liability

Policy Pulse CRM is not liable for:

Lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages

Any losses resulting from improper data entry or failure to obtain proper client consent

Regulatory or carrier enforcement actions caused by your failure to comply with A2P or marketing laws

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
